Steampunk playing cards

January 9, 2012 | By | Reply More

Here’s the Steampunk playing cards set made by Design House Theory 11 – from a custom bronze paper that is made to look like metal. Their artist Alex Beltechi made the bronze paper from scratch in order to perfectly print the ink that covers its surface in 19th century Victorian machinery. The boldly stamped, debossed elements cast shadows to create a perspective of depth and weight.

Nice, huh?
