Jane Austen does Fight Club

The steampunk craze has a lot to answer for, like encouraging Jane Austen’s Fight Club. Why? Well, it is a truth universally acknowledged that, a young man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a splendid lady capable of delivering an uppercut to the jaw & a kick to the kneecap.

As they say in the video, ‘You’re? very clever, aren’t you? How’s that going for you? Being clever?’ – ‘Splendidly!’

11 years on, and Fight Club still gives me chills whenever someone references it, parodies it, or even shows it. What a movie…
